Hey

In a penalty shootout, is there any restriction on the first five players? In particular, if a player has taken a penalty during the match, is he obliged to stay out of the first five during the penalty shootout after extra time?

Answer provided by Referee Chuck Fleischer

In a kicks from the mark scenario once you have had a go you must wait until all others have taken theirs. If you kick second you will kick twelfth, eleven players later.
