Where can an assistant referee stand on a corner kick? Can he/she move the 10yd area at the goal line if the corner is to be taken on his opposite side?

Can stand and where is it best to stand are two different things. What the assistant needs to see is the ball across the goal line, the whole length of the goal line. Standing at the corner flag offers that vantage point. If the corner flag interferes with your vision then stand with the flag at your back.

Not suppose to move on field for a corner. Referee should stand in line with goal line. If kick is on his side, then the referee should stand back far enough not to interfere with kicker.

I have always found standing behind the corner flag as the most advantageous spot to view ALL of the goal line
