please email me back as soon as possible i ref in an hour HELP ME!!!

Answer provided by Referee Richard Dawson

In unlimited subs the substitutions can occur right up until the final whistle of the overtime halves. The same as regular play. No subs allowed once the final whistle of overtime just as the phase of KFTPM begin. A referee flips a coin at this point to determine which team shoots first! You reduce to equate if the teams are at uneven strength otherwise all players to the centre circle and keepers to the referee directed goal where 5 shots a piece by each team are cumulative. If the match is not decided after these first ten shot attempts (5 by each side ) then sudden death where EACH team gets 1 chance to match each other shot for shot, the first team to miss and the other team does not a winner is decided. The keeper CAN switch with players on the field if desired even during KFTPM. No player can go a second time until all eligable players have had their first pk attempt!
Cheers
