Question Number: 19166League Specific 5/21/2008RE: Select Under 15 Julie of San Jose, CA USA asks...My son broke his nose playing soccer 3 weeks ago. We are looking at attending a up & coming tournament. I am inquiring what the referee ruling would be for a player to wear a nose guard during play. Is it allowed if it is made of plastic and is similar to safety goggles? Attached is a website of what it looks like. Please advise.
http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/safetyglassesusa_2003_155987240 Answer provided by Referee Chuck Fleischer From the CYSA By-Laws:

THIS PIM BECOMES EFFECTIVE FOR THE 2001/2002 SEASON
