Canadian Male minimum
12 Minute Continuous Run - cover at least 2200 metres
50 metre sprint - 9.5 seconds
200 metre sprint - 41 seconds
50 metre sprint - 9.5 seconds
200 metre sprint - 41 seconds
Canadian Female minimum
12 Minute Continuous Run - cover at least 2000 metres
50 metre sprint - 10.5 seconds
200 metre sprint - 44 seconds
50 metre sprint - 10 seconds
200 metre sprint - 44 seconds
The tests for FIFA referees and assistants consist of two 50m sprints which must be completed in under 9 seconds and a 12 minute run during which 2400 m. must be covered. In addition, the referees have to run two 200m. sprints in under 32 seconds.
