Question Number: 18572Other 3/19/2008RE: Adult ken barker of Clacton, Essex UK asks...Has there ever been a football game in the Uk without there being a corner taken Answer provided by Referee Gary Voshol Most likely. I do several youth games per year here in the States that don't have any corner kicks. I can't imagine it would be any different in the UK. I imagine that if you were to look at statistics tables from EPL matches, you'd find at least one or two without any corners having been taken.

At the premier level of games I watched I can recall one side not having any but not both sides. But it would be interesting to check the statistics somebody no doubt would know. Cheers
