Question Number: 18972Law 10 - Method of Scoring 5/3/2008RE: Rec Under 12 Peter of Great Falls, VA USA asks...Can the goalie score directly from a punt? A coach was heckling me about this after I allowed it, as I don't see it as any different from any other player scoring. Answer provided by Referee Chuck Fleischer Peter you were correct in allowing the goal. But, unless you expelled the heckling coach you used all the attaboys won in your correct decision.
Regards,

Coach needs early bath to clean out those cobwebs he so adamantly displayed for all to see. Cheers
