Question Number: 21779

League Specific 8/13/2009

RE: Rec Under 14

Mike Shepher of Duncanville, Texas USA asks...

This is attached to the Duncanville Soccer Association Web site. I am trying to find the number of the assignor of referees for Duncanville. My son Caleb just passed the Grade 9 test.

Answer provided by Referee Debbie Hoelscher

We have no affiliation with any particular club/league/association. Our site is here to provide a service to a very general audience. My suggestion would be to find the list of the Board for the Duncanville Soccer Association and call the Referee Coordinator, or even the President and they should get you in the right direction. Good luck and congrats to your son.

Answer provided by Referee Dennis Wickham

Your league probably has a 'Referee Coordinator' who works with the local referee association (might be, the North Texas Referee Association?). The association often is the one that makes referee assignments.

Your soccer association has probably posted a link to our site to field questions on the Laws of the Game and referees. For that we thank them very much. But we have no local contacts.
