Hi.I have some questions for you. What kind of training are really good and really helpful?.I heard that eating the right food is important, so what kind of food should you try to avoid and .what kind of food should you try to eat more often? Thanks for reading my letter.

It is a really good idea to both watch what you eat and to train hard as you have noted in your message. It is also important to drink a lot of water. Sometimes it is easy to forget that. As far as which foods you should eat, the basic thing to remember is to have a balanced diet- fruits, vegetables, protein, milk, and fibre (rice/grain/bread/pasta). Watch out for eating too much sugar and fat. As you are growing, building good habits are very important. Ensure that you have the energy you need to train hard and don't forget to also have fun. You can stay fit or train many ways so that you're always motivated to keep your body toned. Experiment and see what works for you. If you like walking for example, do that- keep to your interests and this healthy lifestyle will pay off with little effort. Remember to listen to your body and to take breaks. Even though it is important to go hard, it is also just as important to take care not to overdo it. If you're smart about your training, you'll be a great athlete for a long time! Have fun!

Also, drinks lots and lots of water. Gatorade or other sports drink is also fine especially if you like the taste and it encourages you to drink more.
