In penalty kicks that is for allot winner's team , a player.kick the ball and the ball hits to referee and enter to goal..what does referee do?

Assuming the referee was standing in front of the ball, that is between the ball and the goal line, this is a goal. During a penalty kick, the ball must travel forward for the ball to be in play.
