Question Number: 14834Law 4 - Players Equipment 2/12/2007RE: all Under 16 James McCarthy of park forest, ill usa asks...Hi,
Can the keeper wear a jersey with a bullseye on it? Answer provided by Referee Richard Dawson I suppose the Psychological element is to encourage shooters to aim right at him? FIFA is fairly strict on advertising but as a decorative part of the jersey I suppose it could be permitted! That is just my opinion not a statement of go ahead and do so. Cheers
