Question Number: 15051Law 14 - Penalty kick 3/27/2007RE: Grade 1 Adult liam mcguirk of Dublin, Republic of Ireland asks...This question is a follow up to question 15036 just following up to my recent question [15036] as to if it is legal to let a player stop his run up before his attempt on goal,i have requested clarifcation from FIFA as to the exact ruling on this point,thank you for your reply and i will post the response as soon as i recieve it. Answer provided by Referee Keith Contarino That would be great! Hope you hear from them. Would love for FIFA to define "feint" and what's not to be allowed but I doubt they will.

Pehaps you could enlighten / humour me? ;o) When you say FIFA just how and who do you contact?? I get very little returns on inquiries? Also do think the stop is on the same page of overlook refereeing as encroachment and keeper off the line? Cheers
