Question Number: 15441Law 14 - Penalty kick 5/10/2007RE: Under 13 peter maycock of nottingham, england asks...the kick off must be retaken 1 the ball is played bacwards 2a player enters the oppositions half as the ball is kicked
Answer provided by Referee Ben Mueller Are you referring to a kick off? If the ball is kicked backwards, then the kick is retaken. If a defender enters center circle before kick is taken, the kick is retaken too.
