1 the ball is played bacwards
2a player enters the oppositions half as the ball is kicked
Answer provided by Referee Ben Mueller Are you referring to a kick off? If the ball is kicked backwards, then the kick is retaken. If a defender enters center circle before kick is taken, the kick is retaken too.
