View Referee Ben Mueller profileAnswer provided by Referee Steve Montanino Unless they are dangerous, I don't see any reason to disallow them. It's not like the ball is going to slip through their fingers. If they can't catch it otherwise, they won't catch it with the webbing.

View Referee Steve Montanino profileAnswer provided by Referee Chuck Fleischer The referee is advised to check gloves worn by the goalkeeper. I have found brass knuckles, hard splints and knife blades concealed in gloves. Needless to say these keepers didn't play and reports concerning their behaviour were sent to the league.
