happens if the goalie receives a pass and saves it then a player runs on by and says something and then the goalie gets pissed and punches him in the face.. i know that would be an automatic red card but would that be a penalty kik also? Answer provided by Referee Chuck Fleischer Let me see, striking or attempting to strike, isn't that a direct free kick offence? Aren't all direct free kick offences committed by players inside their own penalty area penalty kicks?
