Jake, how did the ball get into the penalty area (18 yard box)? Without that information, or the situation and players who caused it, unfortunately your question is impossible to answer. Write back with more details, please?

Not enough info here. Also not sure what you are asking. As long as no infraciton is committed by either team, there's no penalty.

I don't know what the problem is here. If the ball bounces within the penalty area (18 yard box) and rolls out, there is no foul committed, therefore, there can be no penalty kick.
