paul takes penalty, gk moves from his line, ref awards retake

clinton now steps up to take pen, is this legal

If the keeper leaves the line early.....the referee allows the kick to proceed.

If it enters, goal provided no infraction by kicking team.

If it does not enter, rekick.

The penalty taker needs to be identified to the opposing goalkeeper. If there is a retake a newly identified penalty taker is permitted to kick.
