Question Number: 16209Law 15 - Throw In 8/4/2007RE: Adult Glenn of Perth, WA Australia asks...This question is a follow up to question 16157 Thanks for the replies. [to 16157] I agree entirely with all the comments - and so did the ref on the day as he didn't call a foul throw!
Answer provided by Referee Chuck Fleischer Good. Glad there is still some sanity in the world. I saw a match today where the referee didn't blow for the ball hitting the hand or arm! Three times!!!!!!!! WOW! I nearly fainted...
