Jamie, Jamie, Jamie! My dear boy, the beautiful game is not governed by mere rules. Heavens, no! There are written 17 Laws by which to operate to create the fluid grace known world over as football (unless you live in the USA). Find them at www.FIFA.com.

Soccer doesn't have rules, it has Laws. They can be found on FIFA's website at:
