Answer provided by Referee Ben Mueller That depends on the league. In most youth leagues subs are not allowed on corners. They are in NFHS games. This needs to be decided by the league.

View Referee Ben Mueller profileAnswer provided by Referee Chuck Fleischer The official ruling on substitutions at the taking of a corner kick is this: a corner kick is a stoppage in play, substitutions may be made at any stoppage in play. That's the official line.
Substitutions is one of the five things the International Governing Body of Football allow to be modified. Those modifications are made down to the league level. If your league allows substitutions at the taking of a corner kick all is well. If not all is well to.
