Question Number: 16664Law 3 - Number of Players 9/12/2007RE: Select Under 13 nathalie chauvin of Stoney Point, Ontario Canada asks...if a team only has enough players to make a team of 8. then 2 players get hurt and they both will not get better anytime soon .. if the game forfeited or rematch later? Answer provided by Referee Gary Voshol The game is abandoned. The Laws of the Game say, "An abandoned match is replayed unless the competition rules provide otherwise." In other words, your league will decide. Most leagues have a policy on abandoned and terminated games.
