I am quite sure you can't be but I wanted to make sure of this rule Answer provided by Referee Ben Mueller No. Not directly from a throw in or goal kick or corner kick.

View Referee Ben Mueller profileAnswer provided by Referee Richard Dawson Hi Frank, a throw-in is one of the three restarts were you are exempt from and allowed to be offside positioned and yet receive the ball directly from a teammate. In reference to the word*directly* this includes any deflections of the ball off an opponent along the way! Cheers
