RE: Middle School Under 13

Where can I find a hard copy of the points system used to determine divisional winners and to seed for City Championships. I check the Laws of the Game and the NFHS handbook, but didn't see it in there?

You will have to check with your league. They make the decisions on league rankings. The Laws of the Game deal with one game at a time.
