Louie J. Gonzales of Oceanside , Ca USA asks...

When a pentalty kick in the box is rewarded to a team and the shot is missed but they get to retake the shot because a player from the opposing team enter the box before the kick can they change the shooter on the retake?

Yes they can change the shooter on the retake as long as he is eligable to do so ! Cheers

Yes. The second try may be taken by any of the 11 players on the field and if playing by FIFA rules you could even bring in a substitute if you had any available.

Law 14 requires the player taking the penalty kick is properly identified before the kick is taken. If the kicker is changed make sure the goalkeeper knows he is the one taking the kick. That is the only requirement regarding who the kicker is.
