Question Number: 17221Law 12 - Fouls and Misconduct 10/9/2007RE: competetive Under 9 john of Lincoln, NE USA asks...This question is a follow up to question 17120 I just wanted to clarify my wording, I did mean "kick" and not "play". My apologies for the confusion. So yes, the defender kicked the ball back to the goalie who then used his hands to pick up the ball.
