Question Number: 17381Other 10/18/2007RE: High School kashif aman of bradford, yorkshire asks...state two rules and explain why these are enforced? Answer provided by Referee Richard Dawson I dirty the dishes, I wash the dishes, otherwise I eat off dirty dishes! My wife tells me the rule I say "I see". She asks if I understand I say "Right" She looks at me if I break the rule, I say "I'm SORRY?" If you want to stay happily married these are the rules! Cheers

If you are in a boat with a hole in the bottom don't leave port because gravity wins again.

I am not aware that Pennsylvania is enforced.

They should all be enforced to the degree the referee feels is necessary to give each team a fair chance to show their skills and play fairly. And, I suppose, if rules are not be enforced, why have them? Ah, I know the answer to that!
