Can a goalkeeper receive a yellow card for marking the centre of the goal with the side of her boot if there are no lines there due to the ground being nothing but dirt in that spot.

HI Beverly yes she can .
It is not permitted for any player to mark the field in any manner. Her angles will have to arrived at in a different manner! Cheers

Can and should! This is unsporting behaviour because it gives unfair advantage to the keeper.
