Question Number: 15262Law 4 - Players Equipment 4/23/2007RE: Competitive Adult phil wearmouth of sydney, NSW Australia asks...This question is a follow up to question 15232 Would a wedding band count as a religious item for exemption? I can't see how a plain unbejewelled ring can be deemed dangerous, and surely taping over the thing makes it even less. Answer provided by Referee Ben Mueller No. If it is unsafe, then it cannot be used. This is the referees discretion.

Until, that is, little Johnnie tells his referee he can wear his earrings because you were allowed to wear your wedding band by your referee. At that point what your referee did is hurtful to The Game and is going to give another referee a problem. Just take it off like it says in Law 4...
Regards,
