Question Number: 15532Law 11 - Offside 5/20/2007RE: Under 15 bernard fercher of arusha, tanzania asks...If there are 2 strikers in a line and one of them has the ball,If the player with the ball dribbles it past the defenseve line and then passes it to the other striker who was alredy past the defensive line is he offside? because I have seen this before and it was not called. Answer provided by Referee Steve Montanino That depends on a lot of things. Where was the position of the attacker relative to the ball when it was passed, where there any defenders you didn't mention that were not a part of the defensive "line"?
I would need more details before I could answer this question.

In the attacking half and nearer the opponent's goal line than the last but one opponent. So, exactly where is the second attacker in relation to the ball? Without knowing that there can be no answer.
