Question Number: 12554Character, Attitude and Control 4/13/2006RE: Adult Umar Ahmed of Dewsbury, United Kingdom asks...i am 17 years old and have recently qualified for refereeing. my first game is an open age game. please could you give me some general advice.
Please bear in mind I am not very tall or big. thank you Answer provided by Referee Chuck Fleischer Show up looking like a professional referee! Get the first foul and the first booking that way everyone will know you brought your whistle and cards and you know how to use them. After that your reputation is established.
