Is there a USSF regulation goal-size for small-sided 6v6 (U9 agegroup) play?

No. This is one of the things the Laws of the Game allow to be modified but there seems no standard size. A Google search of USYSA goal size yields some results.

No there is not. Different age levels can have modified goal sizes.
