The football is 68-70 cm in circumference, weighs between 410 and 450 grams, is spherical, any color, not dangerous and inflated from, 0.6 to 1.1 atmospheres.

As one of the adjustments allowed in law, a regulation soccer ball is altered for YOUTH matches.
Size 3 for the wee wee ones
upgrade that to size 4 for 1o /13 years
and size 5 for 14 or older
The reasoning is the degree of control , the effect the size of the ball has on the players body and safety!
