Answer provided by Referee Chuck Fleischer The football is 68-70 cm in circumference, weighs between 410 and 450 grams, is spherical, any color, not dangerous and inflated from, 0.6 to 1.1 atmospheres.

View Referee Ben Mueller profileAnswer provided by Referee Richard Dawson As one of the adjustments allowed in law, a regulation soccer ball is altered for YOUTH matches. Size 3 for the wee wee ones upgrade that to size 4 for 1o /13 years and size 5 for 14 or older The reasoning is the degree of control , the effect the size of the ball has on the players body and safety!
