Question Number: 14209Kicks From The Penalty mark 10/21/2006RE: Rec Under 11 Manuel daSiilva of Waterbury, CT USA asks...During a PK Shootout can the injured goalie be subed for by another player on the field even after the player going to be goalie has already taken the kick. This question came up in one of my games. Thanks for your help. Answer provided by Referee Keith Contarino A player participating in kicks may repalce or exchange places with the keeper at any time. This is NOT a substitution.A substitute may come in for an injured keeper if the team has subs remaining. This is the one exception to the no substitution rule during kicks from the penalty mark
