Yes, Law 1 says the goalposts and crossbar must be white. So if this was a pro game or an international, those posts would be white. If this was the State Cup, the goals would be white.
But maybe your local rec association decided to color-code their goals, so they didn't get the sizes mixed up when they put them out on the fields. Blue is U6, green is U8, etc. There's really no problem here. It doesn't give either team any advantage, they're just there to play some soccer and have some fun. Law 18 - Common Sense - trumps Law 1 in this situation.

View Referee Gary Voshol profileAnswer provided by Referee Chuck Fleischer Very simply, the goals are white. In junior Football they're going to play, regardless. It's a far different thing as we progress up the food chain.
