how is a goalie supposed to throw the ball bac into the field of play, by rolling it or throwing with one or two hands behind there head,or a one hand throw as hard as they can throw it.

She could hike it between her legs like a pointy-ball center if she wanted. Although that might be viewed as unnecessary showboating.

I know where you're coming from. At U9 the players are beginning to learn new techniques. I think every ref who does U-little soccer games has at one time or another wanted to call a "bad throw-in" when the keeper learns there's more than one way to throw a ball.
