Question Number: 14985Kicks From The Penalty mark 3/13/2007RE: pro Professional vahid of rasht, gilan iran asks...my question is about futsal rules: in penalty kicks that is for determine the wining team , goalkeeper stand in goal for first penalty and then for second penalty another player wants stand in goal instead goalkeeper.what is the referee's decation? Answer provided by Referee Ben Mueller This is ok provided the new keeper was a field player and was elgible to participate.
