my question is about futsal rules:
in penalty kicks that is for determine the wining team , goalkeeper stand in goal for first penalty and then for second penalty another player wants stand in goal instead goalkeeper.what is the referee's decation?

This is ok provided the new keeper was a field player and was elgible to participate.

In Futsal as in Football A goalkeeper may change places with any other player.
