um....all of this is in the high school rule book. Law 1 in FIFA LOTG describes all kinds of dimension details as well.

Answer provided by Referee Chuck Fleischer

The goal mouth is 8 feet high and 8 yards wide in both high school rules and Law 1 of the Laws of the Game.

By the way, I have corrected your e-mail address so you will get this answer.

Answer provided by Referee Steve Montanino

-The goal is 24 feet wide by 8 feet high.
(From the center of the goal...)
-The penalty area is 18 yards deep and 44 yards wide.
-The goal area is 6 yards deep and 20 yards wide.
-The penalty spot is located 12 yards into the field and has a diameter of 9 in. - but in HS it may be a line of 2 feet, also.
-The penalty arc emanates from the top of the penalty area, indicating 10 yard radius from the penalty spot, it does not continue inside the penalty area.
(other places on the field...)
-The corner arc is located exactly 1 yard from the corner.
-The Halfway line breaks up the field into exactly 2 halves.
-Hash marks should be drawn outside the field of play perpendicular with the goal line and touchline 10 yards from the corner arc.
-In HS the field may be 100 - 120 yards long and 55 - 75 yards wide.
-In HS the lines must be 4 inches wide.
-The corner flags are required and must be a minimum of 5 feet high.
-The center circle indicates a 10 yard radius to the center spot.
-The center spot is located at the spot which divides the halfway line in half.
The goal posts must be 4 - 5 inches deep.

I think that basically covers any questions you will have on the field of play.

Please look this one up in the Laws of the Game - Law 1. Remember eight and eight. 8 yards wide and 8 feet high.
