In a penalty shoot-out, can you use different players in goal for each kick? For example, can the goalie stand in for the first kick, an outfield player take the gloves for the second and then the goalie for the third and so on?

Yes. You may not substitute for the keeper unless he is injured but anyone eligible to take a kick during the kicks from the penalty mark phase, may also play in goal.

Yes. Provided he is also eligable to take a penalty kick or he was substituted legally for the goalkeeper who was injured.

Yes. Multiply players may play keeper provided the player is elgible according to the kick from the penalty mark procedure.
