Question Number: 16749Law 5 - The Referee 9/17/2007RE: 8 Under 17 kevin phillips of Glen Ellen, CA USA asks...This question is a follow up to question 16697 Thank you for your responses. Our local league ref cordinator says that no one with a cast is allowed on the field. I tried to find this on the CYSA website but only find it regarding players. Other leagues have told me I could ref for them but I like working local. My question is where could I find printed information about casts regarding refs. Thank you, Kevin Phillips Answer provided by Referee Gary Voshol It sounds as though powers that be have spoken. You might ask your ref coordinator for a citation on the policy, but you really do want to stay on his good side for when you are healed. Sometimes life just ain't fair, izzit?
