Question Number: 18082League Specific 12/7/2007RE: High School kane of hilo, hi usa asks...how many players are allowed on a high school roster? Answer provided by Referee Chuck Fleischer There is no specified size in the NFHS rule book. Unlike the international Game where 11 players and 7 substitutes are specified as maximums nothing in the NFHS rules limits the size of a squad. Perhaps looking to the leagues policies might sort this one out for you.
You may, at the proper opportunity, replace all the players currently on the field with substitutes if you have sufficient substitutes.
Regards,
