Under 17 Ross Bennett of Cochran, Georgia Bleckley asks...This question is a follow up to question 15 Can you jump in front of someone when they're taking a throw in or not and would you get a yellow card for it. Answer provided by Referee Chuck Fleischer If a player unfairly distracts the thrower he is cautioned and shown the yellow card. If a player fails to respect a distance of two meters from an opponent taking a throw-in he is cautioned and shown the yellow card. Moral, let your opponents restart play with their throw-in.
