This question is a follow up to question 15

Can you jump in front of someone when they're taking a throw in or not and would you get a yellow card for it.

If a player unfairly distracts the thrower he is cautioned and shown the yellow card. If a player fails to respect a distance of two meters from an opponent taking a throw-in he is cautioned and shown the yellow card. Moral, let your opponents restart play with their throw-in.

No you can't and yes you will be cautioned and shown a yellow card if you do

You will likely receive a caution and be shown a yellow card if you pull such a stunt. I would advise against it.
