Please illustrate all correct foot placements for a proper throw in if you would.

Has part of each foot either on the touch line or on the ground outside the touch line, within 1 meter of where the ball crossed the touchline. Simple. The easiest way to teach this is throw with the feet together using stomach muscles to start upper body movement then get the arms into the act.

Both feet on or outside the touchline. Also it must be within 1 meter of where the ball crossed the touchline.
