Question Number: 19207Law 9 - The Ball in and out of Play 5/26/2008RE: Under 15 mikayla of bowmanville , ont. asks...how do you know if it is a goal kick or a corner kick ?
Answer provided by Referee Gene Nagy Mikayia, all you have to do is look at the referee's signal. If he points to the goal area, it is a goal kick. If he points to one of the corners it is a corner kick. To find out what constitutes a goal kick or corner kick, ask your coach or take a basic referee course.
