Hi , I have a friend who's a a soccer referee and i asked her wat level or age she referee's and she told me : I can head ref m/f10 HL, line m/f16 HL, line m/f13 IC, Not eligible for head ref IC. I can head ref m/f10 HL, line m/f16 HL, line m/f13 IC, Not eligible for head ref IC. Can you explain what that means because she does not want to tell me and i have searched every were on the web and could not find it.

Since Joe Guest took over the Canadian Referee training, big changes have been made. Today all of Canada is under the same education program. We all receive the same badges and the levels of referees are also the same. In the past there were level 4, 3, 2, 1, National and FIFA. Today we have Mini Soccer, Youth, District, Regional, Provincial, National, International levels, which are country wide. At each level it is defined what the referee can do - see the website. Your friend is probably a Youth Referee.
