View Referee Gary Voshol profileAnswer provided by Referee Gene Nagy There are many forms of soccer played in the world. There is beach soccer, footsal, six-aside soccer, volleyball soccer and many others. The world body of soccer, FIFA, concerns itself with eleven aside soccer called football in most countries. FIFA publishes rules for this game except they don't call it rules, they call it Laws of the Game. You will find 17 of these and if you hear sombody talking about Law 18, they are referring to the unwritten Law of Common Sense. In additon to these 'Laws', leagues clubs and organizations will make their own rules and these vary greatly. By the way, I like your affiliation: 'PRO U-16!' I didn't realise that there are professionals playing soccer in Wales who are U-16...
