View Referee Gary Voshol profileAnswer provided by Referee Richard Dawson AS my colleague states it is a GOAL kick, the ball is last touched by an opponent and has left the field over the goal line, however, so much as a finger tip brush by the keeper or any player where the ball has a 2nd contact moment and a legitamate goal is scored. Cheers
