I've always thought the visiting team kicks off first. Is that correct?

A coin toss determines who will kick first. The winner of the toss chooses which end of the field to attack, and the loser of the toss will kick off.

Your local league may have different procedures for U-littles.

I will add this historical tidbit I was taught to let the visiting team call the flip as a courtesy!
