john micheal mcintyre of wolverhampton, england asks...

if a player has yellow cards while playing in the scottish league then has a transfer to the english league ...are the cards carried over to the english league or are they quashed ?

This is one of those questions best answered by the by-laws of the league concerned. The Laws of the Game don't address this type of discipline, leagues do.
