When FIFA reports a worldcup qualifying score of a match there is a second set of numbers behind the actual final score. What does that second set of numbers mean again? I.E. USA vs. Mexico 2-0 (1:0)

Also the abbreviation a.e.t. indicates that overtime was played. Sometimes p.s.o. is used (penalty shoot out?) to indicate the game was decided from Kicks From The Penalty Mark.
