Question Number: 21300League Specific 5/7/2009RE: comp Under 17 Randall Howes of Taylorsville, UT USA asks...This question is a follow up to question 21288 Not a question and no reply is needed. I think the original question may be referring to the 'double dual' or 'three whistle' system.

View Referee Gary Voshol profileAnswer provided by Referee Keith Contarino Correct. Welcome to people with a basketball mentality making ridiculous regulations for soccer. I think in England they should have to play basketball with a single referee with a whistle and 2 assistant referees with flags to help out the center referee with the whistle. Ridiculous you say? No morw than 2 soccer referees with whistles.
